The role as Technical Consultant Graduate

As a member of the team, you will:

  • Participate in delivering projects of various sizes for customers all over the world.
  • Identify and document gaps between requirements and IT capabilities
  • Play a central role in projects, guiding customer’s teams throughout the implementation and integration processes
  • Configure standard solutions and ensure interfaces between systems
  • Training of clients’ development teams, troubleshooting, and more.
  • Work closely together with our great colleagues all over the world throughout the implementations

In the graduate program, you will:

  • Be educated in our CUE platform, consultancy skills, project management certification, and participate in various learning sessions.
  • Work closely with your mentor and manager, guiding you to become a great consultant within Stibo DX.
  • Be close to our other Graduates in Stibo Systems, ensuring an even stronger tie between our Stibo companies.
  • Internally, you will work closely with other Professional Services team members and Stibo DX’s Development department, which delivers the CUE software used in all projects. You will also be able to constantly evolve our Project Delivery Methodology to keep optimizing how we work.

Since Stibo DX and our customers are geographically diverse, you must be comfortable working remotely and have a disciplined, well-organized approach. You should also expect that there will be travel days for customers worldwide.


Your Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field of study

Familiarity with Git flow, Docker, Apache SOLR, and relational databases; experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Experience with agile software development (having worked in a Scrum-based team)

Capability to work in a virtual team and communicate efficiently online

Excellent written and oral English communication skills are required; fluency in German, Spanish or French is a plus.

Familiarity with the news media industry is also a plus.
